  1. About your answers:

Question 2: All of the features are distinctive of human beings, but not all of them are shared by all hominids, or exclusive of hominids.
The three hominid features are: the opposable thumb, which allows hominids to manipulate objects (although apes also share this feature); bipedalism (walking upright), and the big size of their brain. Scientists don't know exactly when hominids started to speak languages. The manipulation of fire was discovered about 1.8 mya, so all the hominids that existed before that date couldn't use it. And the omnivorous diet (eating meat and vegetables) is not exclusive of hominids, other animals are omnivorous as well.

In question 3, the three first options are correct.

In question 4, the genus is Homo. The scientific name of a species is made of the genus (first name, starting with a capital letter) and the distinctive name of the species: Homo ergaster (also called Homo erectus) is the first species that lived outside Africa.
